Student Council
The purposes of the Student Council are:
- To serve as the primary representative body of the school, directed towards providing communication among students, faculty, staff, and administration.
- To develop student responsibility, leadership, school pride, and good citizenship.
- To plan, organize, and execute events and social functions for the school community.
- To promote service to the wider community.
- To encourage school spirit through support of activities in and out of school.
This organization consists of four senior officers (President, Vice-President, Secretary, and Treasurer), senior board members (all other seniors who run for office), three underclass officers (Junior, Sophomore, and Freshman), two representatives from each homeroom, associate members (those individuals elected to the office of President by any other established KKCHS student organization), and one faculty moderator.
We, the elected Officers and representatives of Kennedy-Kenrick Catholic High School, develop good citizenship, promote sound relationships between students, faculty, and administration, formulate high school policies, aid in the maintenance of Catholic standards of morality, foster participation of all students in school activities, and provide a forum for expression and exchange of ideas among students.
